MGB Board Order Search
The MGB Board Order Search has recently undergone changes to allow users to search for decisions of the Municipal Government Board (MGB) as well as decisions of the Composite Assessment Review Board (CARB). Currently decisions of the MGB (non-assessment) may be searched for 2008 and on and CARB decisions may be searched for 2010 and on with successful return results.
Decisions may also be located by using the first segment of the search criteria “By Number or Text” (Order Number, Property ID Number or the free text) or for a more refined search by using the “By Filtering” section of the search criteria. Users should be aware that while the MGB is in the process of updating its’ decision data, executing the refined search criteria may return limited or no results.
You may also search decisions by “Appeal Year” or by “Decision Date” – please be aware that this will return all decisions within that date span.

Please Note: Decisions of the MGB that have been Rescinded or Quashed by the Courts are not available as they no longer exist.
The “free text” search feature is not case sensitive; users may search by word or phrases. This search will bring up a list of all decisions in which that word or phrase is located.
Once you have entered your search criteria, click the “Search” button to commence the search. Selecting the “Reset” button will refresh your screen for a new search.
